Calix Cloud - How to Add a SIP Config Profile to an ONT Through Calix Cloud.

Log into the clients Calix Cloud.

From Netops => Subscriber Manager search for the subscriber.

Click add devices.

Type in the FSAN of the devices and choose the model.

Choose the mode, if needed.

Choose to add to Static or dynamic group.

Click Next to add services, we will be adding Voice in this KB.

In RG mode, “Are services configured through a different system” toggle to No so the SIP username, password, and SIP url can be entered. Do this for line Line 1 and Line 2.

Create a Profile for voice service.

Apply the profile with a workflow.
