Calix Cloud - How to Configure Distinctive Ring on a GigaSpire

You can configure distinctive rings on a GigaSpire to allow different rings for different numbers. For example, if a customer has two numbers, you can configure the GigaSpire to make one number have a long ring and the other number to have two short rings. This setting can be changed remotely by logging into Calix Support Cloud and searching for the customer in the search bar in the top left.

Click the customer's name then click System, then click "Connect vis IPv4"

A window will pop up. Click Send Anyway if you are using Chrome

You are connected remotely to the GigaSpire. Now click Support, Voice, VoIP Gateway Settings, then click Edit.

Scroll down and look for Distinctive Ring Prefix. The default is Bellcore-dr but in this example bellcore-dr will change it to do one long ring for one number an two short rings for another number.
