Calix B6 - How to Look at Port Descriptions

1. SSH into the b6 blade (Default username: cli Default Password: occam)

(Some customers may not use a default login ie. Plateau, these will be found in bitwarden)

2. To see an output of all the interfaces on the b6 and their description, use the following command.

show interfaces ethernet info

you should see a similar output as the one below

You can see the description of the port in the column that says Info.

NOTE: Info fields entered via the EWI (Web GUI) may not show in the CLI. All info fields entered in CLI will show in the EWI.
